OAKLAND ADU TOUR! My good friends recently completed their absolutely charming ADU. From the vaulted ceilings to the large windows flooding the space with light, this 460 sq ft ADU might sound small on paper but lives like a spacious 1BD bungalow! I’m obsessed with the elevated deck overlooking the backyard.

My friends have added tremendous value to their property with this income-generating asset. They built this ADU with the primary motivation to host friends and family, and they will always have the option to rent out the home any time they want to generate additional income. ADUs, no matter where, are always a solid investment!

Harland Brewing is one of my favorite craft beer l

Harland Brewing is one of my favorite craft beer locations in San Diego. The location featured is in the walkable and beautiful tree lined streets of South Park. The beers here have unique flavors such as Ube IPA, Pandan IPA, Li Hing Mui Sour, and my all-time favorite beer, Japanese Lager made with jasmine rice.

I love that they often release new flavors including limited edition seasonal brews, so make sure to come back often to try them all! Harland Brewing has four locations in San Diego Bay Park, One Paseo, Scripps Ranch, and South Park.
